How do I log in?
- To log in you will need your Username which is your PFA Scotland membership number or email address and the password you set when creating your account. Don’t worry if you have forgot your password. You can reset it at the log in screen.

What’s my username?
Your Username is either your PFA Scotland membership Number (e.g. PFAS0001) or email address
I don’t know my PFA Scotland membership Number, where can I find this?
You will find this on your welcome email (e.g. PFAS0001). If you can’t find this please email info@pfascotland.co.uk
I forgot my password, how do I reset it?
Select forgotten password on the members log in page or visit the password reset link. An email will be sent to your registered email address.
How do I add my picture to my membership card?
Go to membership Information, Personal Details, Membership Picture.
From here upload a picture and select Update. Your picture will be shown once the screen refreshes.
How can I download my membership card?
Go to Membership Information, Select My Membership card; from here you have options to save as PDF, Print or Screenshot if using a mobile device.
How do I download the app?
We are currently developing the app. We will let you know when this can be downloaded
How do I change my Personal Details?
Go to Membership Information and select Personal Details. Overwrite the information you wish to change then click update
How secure is my Personal Information?
You will see a padlock in our website address. This means that our website is secure and the data contained within is secure.
Who do you share my information with?
